i'd been offered a of tours that probably would have been lucrative and definitely professional. But i wasn't really interested. I just wanted to play improvised music, or play my music,. Or scotamondola band music, or whatever, jenny shinman music, and so big taand dik. And anyway, carla was on hone and she said, well, you'll never believe who just called me - jeff tweedy. He was looking for a recommendation for a guitarist for wilko. If you heard that record, you go, o, man. I was siked. It's a great combination of instrumental interest and some classic song writing.
