How to Achieve Your Goals

Tim Ferris talks about this in his either one of his books, I can't remember which one. He just figures out these big things he wants to learn and then he does a big experiment and he uses himself as the guinea pig. In my world, my goals are to help me find more efficient and effective ways of doing things. So if I'm finding that this experiment is stressful, then it's the wrong goal, the wrong tactic, the wrong, whatever. That's not the point of setting goals and trying to achieve them. They're supposed to be there to amplify your skills or your life, not to make it more stressful.
