How to Recognize When Things Are Going Well
When you're not in an emotional state, find the way to roll model your way through a giving yourself permission to feel emotions completely. And sometimes it's scary when you are confronted by like this overwhelming need to cry or scream or punch a wall or something. So both of those things are best practised when you're not compromised,. so that when you are compromised, it becomes instinct like any any other skill. When you see success, acknowledge it. Celebrate it, even if it's just to yourself. Be your own cheer leader, and treat yourself the same way you would treat somebody else. That is another skill that we do not develop naturallyright?
