The Stem Cell Manufacturing Crisis

It's very challenging to make really high quality stem cells and then turn those stem cells into a therapeutic cell type of choice. So far, most of these stem cells and derived cells have generally been made by hand. Sell far p doses for a particular patient can cost on the order of a million dollars. It's not economically feasible in order to scale the sefarpiece to hundreds of thousands of patients.
