Endomethicin is one of the most common nephrotoxins that newborns are often exposed to. The other meds that we see very commonly are gentamisin, because babies get rule outs or other antibiotic therapies. Contrast studies can be really challenging just because the amount of contrast that babies get kind of relative to their body surface area.
