Is There a Spot Bitcoin ETF?
Last year, Eric and I are on the record last year calling for likely Q3, Q4 of 2023 that we get a spot Bitcoin ETF. We aren't wrong yet, but this could be on the things that we got wrong list. And my call is that unless we get some sort of legislation from Congress, or the SEC just starts taking regulatory power that they might not have right now, we're not going to see a spot BitcoinETF.
