The Impact of WikiLeaks on the 2016 Election

CNN's John Berman says he thinks WikiLeaks and Cambridge Analytica were used by the Russians to meddle in the 2016 election. The British government did a comprehensive report on both of them, but they couldn't do any of the things they claimed to have done, except in conning people like the Mercers out of money,. He said it was pretty clear we were massively doing this to ourselves and didn't really need their help.
