The Challenges of Selling a Growth Equity Deal

Growth equity guys paid 15 times your business. Now the multiples in the marketplace are nine. What are they going to do? You'll probably have tripped some random covenant on your budget. They could see their path to one and a half to two times their money, even at a crushingly low valuation. I would advise anybody with a very attractive business today that they should probably start looking for a sale.
