A Frame - A Framework for WebVR
A frame at its core is essentially a web component wrapper for 3.js. A frame by wrapping in HTML takes it to a whole new level of accessibility for new developers. The custom components A frame generates aren't actually used to change anything in the DOM. They just add elements to the 3.js scene in JavaScript.
