We never very rarely do ever do a full model of a deal like mobile home parks. They're fairly simplistic in nature for the most part. And so that the cap rate based on their current N.O.I. is not relevant to the immediate changes that we would put into place within literally 90 days of owning the asset. We always kind of look at like, what's a 90 day cap rate, you know, based on like the immediate changesThat was awesome. I can't believe how much value you just packed into that answer.
