We saw that if we are to build resilience in developing countries, in fact, globally, we have to look at what happens with supply chains. 80% of vaccines are exported from 10 countries. So why should Africa import 99% of its vaccines and 95% of its pharmaceuticals? Why can't we deconcentrate and diversify manufacturing? And base it in these countries.
