Gozi: Trade can be a great facilitator of making things happen, or it can also be an obstruction if trade policies are not well handled. I want to take off from where Mokta very nicely landed. We saw that if we are to build resilience in developing countries, in fact, globally, we have to look at what happens with supply chains. 80% of vaccines are exported from 10 countries. So why should Africa import 99% of its vaccines and 95% of its pharmaceuticals? Why can't we deconcentrate and diversify manufacturing? And base it in these countries.
