CNN's John Defterios worked at a prop firm in Chicago that traded primarily treasury futures. He says it was the first time he'd ever seen a depth of market for futures. "I figured it out because I was able to watch some other guys and kind of see what they were doing just because I can see their screens" Inefficiencies on the floor are not geniuses, but traders can spot them when they're happening.
