They may not be working well for you, but you actually have things that you do habitually. So the basic premise would be saving spoons. A or for our purposes to day, we're talking of bot spoons. Let's see how many spoons we can save you. And the more you can automate your routines and parts of your routines, and lock in some of these habits, the less stresse you'll become.
