How to Manage an Active Sprint

When you're in an active sprint, how do you do that backlog prep? So the idea is ahead of the sprint planning meeting itself, our stories are already pretty well greened. They've got acceptance criteria. The definition of done has been updated if it needs to be. It's kind of like a never ending cycle because you can't have people doing both things all the time. But you need their input to help inform what's coming up next.
