We use automatic check ins in base camp, which have been like really good forcing functions for making you think about what's important. From top to bottom, it's usually pretty prioritized, just on the go. But we definitely don't stick to like, super rigid stuff. I i think that level of formality is helpful to probably read about, and can be helpful at companies of certain sizes or whatever. You know, for us it's more just, like, the important things are budgets instead of estimates,. So dead line and flexing scope instead of just letting projects go on forever.
