What Is a Potential Exit?
If you take it company, you triple it in terms of sales, nobody will buy it from you. There is just no interest from private equity or from strategic to buy it. And so that's often something that we have to ask the search: Who are you going to sell that to? Too many times the answer is private equity but if private equity is your only potential exit, that's not good enough. You always need kind of a strategic reason why a strategic would buy it. If this is an industry where your advantage, your competitive advantage, your skills connect well with, that is a really massive step.
