I think it's even worse than I mean people put it on their fridge and they constantly remember it. It's actually harming you somebody once said that a bitterness is like eating rat poison and hoping the rat dies right? So when you're mad at them like he hurt me she hurt me it really hurt and but when you do that you're eating the rat poison yeahIt's actually making you a more bitter person and and and I think and then in those in those occasional situations where the person that has sinned against you isn't sorry and isn't coming and asking you for forgiveness, your duty is to have forgiveness ready for them.
