Climate scientist bernard tibe from the beni state university says, chang in climate affects environmental functioning and social economic activities. There is a gradual shift in the rainy season. The farmers also are affected by flooding,. especially those hat have their farms along the plains and the valleys and along river courses. And we also have on last light triged by heaviranfor in 20 17, heavy rains caused the benwi river to overflow.
