Limelight was an exception to that, because it was the place for years and years. The tension is as follows when you are surrounded by peers that are all competing for the same thing. On one hand, it creates this tremendous sense of comradery - but on the other hand they're your rivals. They also want the same things, and there's only one of it. So this creates this really big tension. It creates something that you would call like a double bind, psychologically, which is, simultaneously you are forced to love and hate them.
