Startup Founders - What Are the Characteristics of a Product Manager?
As a startup founder, you're doing absolutely everything and that includes like the legal, the accounting, hiring. Sometimes that actually goes against common or standard, you know, product management principles. That's okay, you're not your new work, you're making it happen. The other thing is that you have to have clarity. What is it you're doing. Most of the innovation that's happening is because it's a problem that's been there before we just have a new possible solution for a better way of doing it.
