The EU Integration of Ukraine

Ukraine shows how quickly it can act, but on the other hand, we understand the immense volume of the destruction and I travel across Ukraine. If we talk about villages, for example, I think it will be forever. The villages in the eastern Ukraine, I don't think that people will come back to it. So there is a huge question because there are options like, okay,  it should go to state budget, but Ukrainian civil actors say, okay, no,No, no, it should be rather going to international fund. Both options have some positives and negative sides. And there should be probably a model fund which will be optimal.
