John Wayne Gacy's employee was once employed by the ringleader of the biggest child sex trafficking ring in America. John Norman and Philip Paskey had been running the Delta Project together in Chicago, renting out young boys to men all around the country. In 1977, Michael Rossi, David Cram, and Philip Pas key were Gacy's right-hand men. It's also important to note that 1977 is the year that the bodies started to multiply in the crawlspace.
