Getting Money From the Start

There are companies who i just think that it's so much of, there's so much risk involved. When it's like, ok, we're going to im optimized for attention or use of platform,. and then work backwards into whell we can probably monotize it. This is much easier, getting money from the start. I guess you could argue that maybe it's less of a bum ries like facebook verses mal chimp. Don't if mal chimp was, i'm tring to think of examples of companies that charged money from the started, but still got big. But it's never going to be facebook big, you know.
