Time Management Systems Are One of the Big Three
Without a real system for time management, and without thinking about time management as a system, not just a set of behaviors. You will need to have some way of managing your interactions with other people and your calendar. So that could be a digital way for people to sketgel themselves on to your calendar, for example. Other time management systems is having some kind of system in place where you can, at least yearly, if not semesterly, cull things from your responsibilities list.
