Is There a Difference Between W.I. And IG?

The W.I. needs inventors who are, have tenacity. The IG's need to refine the idea before we get energy and momentum around it. An IT probably does a little bit of trial and error when they're coming up with ideas. A DG is discerning and galvanizing. They like to get people moving. And an intuitive activator has good judgment.
