How to Find the True Paradime in Your Life

We want to find the true paradime, which is in harmony with how we really want to be. One of the ways that i've found to do this is to actually engage in conversations with people that don't see reality the way that i do. And not seek to change their ways of thinking, but rather understand. Every conversation is valuable. They are inspirational, and they also reveal what is going on within ourselves. Same is to be said about different experiences. We can do this in our imagin n and we can also do this by travel or opening up our mind to new experiences.
