The Importance of Consistency in Instructing
I had lots of challenges, sometimes consistency, especially with a nine month old at home, focus and overall performance. So the course for you was like sort of intimidating, but overall, it went fine. I'll give you an example. You do a big cross country as part of your instructor training. And first two days went super well. Like everything went really well. But then we're on approach going into Calgary. And they clear us for the ILS, which is like one of the easiest approaches that you can fly. We made it work, but it was very humbling. Yeah, you start to feel comfortable. Start to get cocky.
