The odds that something bad will happen next year or any year are pretty good. When you're aware of like how many things can go wrong, if there's a 1% chance of X, Y, and Z, one of them is going to happen every year. Then you just get more comfortable with the idea of like, yeah, same as ever. And so I think if a lot of people, if they were to look at my investing allocation, they would be like, what are you so scared of? And I'd say, "I'm pretty optimistic"
