The Importance of Transparency in Organizations

I love this because it brought to mind how many times where I'm given an excuse and I don't care. This is a, there's a real balancing organizations between showing transparency of how you work and then just making customers go through hoops that are completely irrelevant to them. It ends up kind of really slowing things down. And again, it's about taking on that ownership, making things as simple as possible for customers,. only asking them what you need to ask, only getting them involved in where they need to get involved.
