When you're buying a business that's under performing, you build a performa moto of what you think the business will be doing after you're done with it. And for us were soffor people, we just knew how to build a bottom up model in this case. It took some time for everybody to come around to the fact that the music was ending. We ended up talking f for like three or four months, so there were some back and forth. You know, this it had been a v c invested business.
