The Relationship Between Skeptics and Social Scientists

Kwan was a skeptic. But that doesn't make him very different from people like Daniel Dennett or Paul Churchland, who are also skeptics about those sorts of things. So I think it's interesting that we're living in right now is this very strong disagreement between two camps of epidemiologists about the effects and the nature of COVID-19. And what's so interesting to me is that these two views can coexist, right? They're not in literally different universes. It appears like both are living on Earth in the year 2020 and access the same data. And yet they draw completely different conclusions with different theories.
