The Importance of Slowing Down Your Authenticity Process

For a lot of people saying yes is almost always the thing they need to work on. For an ENFP, your leverage point isn't what you're saying yes to. You want to be saying no to the things that aren't in alignment for yourself. And one of the challenges when you start working on your authenticity process, again, it slows everything down. It's inwardly focused. When you're spending time quietly by yourself, inwardly focused, slowing everything down, by definition, opportunities will be passing you by - that's just the nature of life.
