The Three Qualities of a Good Mentor
A great mentor always has these three qualities. They have to be brave, trustworthy and respected. Great people surround themselves with greater people who challenge and strutch them. One of the things i'm trying to teach my kids is how to identify motive. It's fun when friends clap and cheer for you but there are times in life when you need more than just a cheer leader.
