What's the Consistency of Engagement?
I think it would be a really good thing as a way of signalling to the wider population where government is getting things right and where they're not. So my view is it depends what you want to do with it and that will determine how you set it up. But I guess it's important to note the type of engagement that have, and the liberty of engagement is one form of communication between sort of by the public's and policy makers.
