The first thing we need to do is think about that intre cranial pressure and certainly, if possible, reduce it. So things such as placing the patient, once you've immobilized them, in a head up 30 degree position. Now, reading the j out guide lines theyer, they say that this is probably unrealistic to achieve in the pre hospital setting. But i think any hint towards a head up tilt, and certainly avoiding a head down one is better than nothing. The other thing as well is that t x a is been bigged up, i think, to be the answer to every single form of bleeding. That's really all we can do pre hospitally.
