How I Learned to Trade in a Private Fund
It wasn't a formal education as such, it was more education through observing and seeing how they went about doing their business. I got to work with Stephen Haines, who was the founder's son, who was a bond trader for many years. And so just seeing how he operated and seeing how, at being part of the investment management committee, understanding how decisions were made. That's what I really learned there.
