Intermittent Fasting Helps You Make That Connection

I have never felt so emotionally on track and mentally stable as with intermittent fasting. Some of it is just really realizing my sensitivity to certain things. The next day kind of might be hungrier or just feel crummy. Two days later, it can almost act like alcohol does and make me depressed. It's huge because before when we were eating all the time, we couldn't make that connection.
