I think there's a realization in those banks that some things needed to change, and the excesses before the financial crisis a some of them needed to be wound back. I think those institutions also faced a lot of competition, which tey hadn't faced for the last 20 to 30 years as well. And i found that myselfim very pleased with the training, or very thankful for the training that i got working through those institutions but they started to find a lotore comperative.
