The Rise of the NASDAQ

The NASDAQ is up 16%. That's really the haven of growth stocks. It doesn't surprise me to, to, but two things happen. Many of them have embraced cost cuts. And so I think it is a combination of valuations came way down last year and many of these companies are starting to articulate strategies that recognize that they're economically sensitive.
