The relationship that I've kind of worked at developing with my cadre is one of listening to them, right? They have great ideas. In a session I may have to say, listen, that's a great idea, but let me come back to you on that. And they oftentimes will, as long as I'm good at spending that time later. With them and really hearing them out and understand why they're reacting the way they're reacting.
