Is It a Constraint on How Much We Can Deliver?
I think the developments we build are highly attractive. It's not it's about governments abdicating responsibility for accepting that population is rising, household sizes are falling. That creates demand, and it's only through land supply that that demand will be met. But i just want to get back. So is it your view this is really important, that the labor shortage is not the constraint on how much we can deliver? The problem is the land avail itt builduits land and planning. Because another part of the solution, which i'm sure men would talk about, would be offsight manufacture. This is essentially the modern form of pre fabricated homes,.
