Female police officers don't always feel that they can trust all their male colleagues in terms of their own safety. A lot of women will not report their colleagues, because what happens is the mail police officers will then close ranks. I think this has to be properly investigated more widely. It's got to be dealt with alongside terror sm alongside some of the top priorities that the police are given signal. Send a signal from the top, from the home secretary, that this really matters,. Then sut up this review to get to the heart of what the issues are within police forces.
