I love biscotti because you know they're really good keepers but they're also a different shape from other cookies so they look pretty in the box and add some interest. The world piece cookie is a chocolate sublet so like a shortbread style cookie but chewy because it has brown sugar and chopped bittersweet chocolate and sea salt on top in it.
