DevOps and Platform Engineering

I'm listening to our customers and what they're trying to do. And some of what the industry conversations are about and what DevOps has been about for a long time. I'd love to have the come and me back up because there's a question I'm asking myself, did I miss something here? Right or portal sufficient for people to create a build a pit, put the wall back between Dev and Ops.? Or is there a conversation that we should be looking for the hallways where those conversations are being had? That's part of my motivation.
