How to Deal With Anger
The way i'm wired, i'd rather be angry than sad. We feel the feelings we're more comfortable with when we're overloaded and don't know what to do. If you let yourself get mad about that, think your guilt will dissipate. It's not like you want to feel guilty. But the animal part of your brain is it's better to feel bad about something than to feel mad about something.
