Diversity in the Spinership Industry

The need to build more diverse networks and companies has been front a center this year. While boards directly hire and fire the ceo, they can also influence how a company thinks about its hiring strategy. I was curious to learn how anne and scott think about their rolls when it comes to advocating for diversity in the companies. And i love the way scott talks about iti, like not doing it in public. It's not about shaming the person, but really teaching them that it's not ok.
