The Alternative to Airbnb in Public Housing
I would prefer a municipal association rather than a workers cooperative to run something like that, because I think it works best when it's integrated into a broader project of public housing. There's a really good argument for expanding the competencies of municipal authorities. They do have a much larger role to play in things like housing and transportation in health and welfare delivery. So yeah, that's my little, that's what I am most passionate about in the book.
