Frank Lockwood and the Schwabs

Solicitor general Frank Lockwood released Morris Schwab's name. He didn't want to be seen as giving favoritism to his nephew, but did he in fact protect him? It seemed striking that Schwab, himself, escaped prosecution during these trials. The Lockwoods and the Schwabas were actually very close. But Lockwood died a couple of years later and none of the Schwabs came to his funeral.
