The Importance of Perspective in Global Integration
It's really important to have a good view of the world. Understanding the culture is a little bit better when you're running global integrations. I like bringing different cultures together and working with different cultures. Having that diverse cultural background and understanding really helped me, especially knowing a lot about international business.
