We'll definitely see forclosures rising, but a lot of that will be negligible because there is so much equity. What worries me is the investor's, the appetite changes. Thorrell occupancies running at 98%. I've got double digit rent growth. And now of a sudden, what i bought, i paid up for the next house, i'm not getting those rents any more and i can't afford it. There's not enough bodies because there's more supply.
